Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL) is the national chapter of Transparency International (TI), the global movement leading the fight against corruption. Since its establishment in 2002, TISL has become a trusted institution in Sri Lanka, working to promote integrity, transparency, and accountability across all sectors of society, including government, business, and civil society.
As a self-financing and autonomous chapter, TISL plays key roles in knowledge leadership, advocacy, and as a watchdog for corruption. Through initiatives such as election monitoring, public awareness campaigns, and the documentation of corrupt activities, TISL empowers citizens to join the fight against corruption while holding perpetrators accountable.
